Septic Tank Cleaning & Inspection
Pumping, cleaning and inspection of residential and commercial septic systems, including drain field assessment.
What the service covers
A septic system gives very little warning before it stops being a system and starts being a problem in the yard. We pump the tank out completely, clean it, and look at the parts that decide whether it keeps working — baffles, lid, outlet, and the drain field it discharges to.
Tank pumping
Tank pumped completely dry, contents hauled and manifested.
Tank cleaning
Sludge and scum layers removed, walls and baffles cleared.
System inspection
Baffles, lid, risers and outlet condition checked and reported.
Drain field assessment
Field inspected for ponding, saturation and signs of failure.
Repairs & replacement
Baffles, lids, risers and distribution boxes repaired or replaced.
Service record
Pumping date, volume and findings kept on file per address.

Questions we get
How often does a tank need pumping?
It depends on tank size and household or kitchen load. We record what comes out and set the next interval from that rather than from a rule of thumb.
Do you inspect for a property sale?
Yes. Pumping, inspection and a written condition report for a closing is a standard call.
What if the drain field has failed?
We report what we find and what the repair involves. We will not pump a failed field and call it fixed.
Do you install new systems?
We are an Infiltrator Systems certified installer. Send the site and we will quote it.
Send us the site. We'll send back a scope and a price.
