Lift Station PSO Services
Miami-Dade certified PSO work on public and private stations: installation, repair, inspection and the documentation that goes with it.
What the service covers
A station does not fail quietly — it backs up into whatever it serves. We work on public and private stations as a certified Private Sewage Operator: pumps, panels, floats, telemetry and the structure itself. The O&M record is built as the work happens rather than reconstructed afterwards.
Pump repair & replacement
Wet-well pumps pulled, rebuilt or replaced, rails and guides checked on the way back in.
Panel & controls
Starters, floats, transducers and alarm circuits tested and repaired.
RTU integration
Remote terminal units installed and tied into the panel so station status leaves the site.
SSES inspections
Sewer System Evaluation Survey work, findings reported with supporting media.
Wet-well cleaning
Grease cap and solids removed, structure and benching inspected.
O&M manuals
Prepared to Miami-Dade PSO requirements for new and rehabilitated stations.

Questions we get
What does PSO certification cover?
Private Sewage Operator certification is what Miami-Dade requires to operate and maintain lift stations in the county. We hold it, and the documentation we issue is prepared to meet it.
Can you take over an existing station?
Yes. We start with a condition survey of pumps, panel and structure, then quote the catch-up work and the ongoing interval separately so you can see both.
Do you respond to station alarms at night?
Yes. Stations under contract are on the 24/7 dispatch line, and RTU alarms can be routed to us directly.
Do you work under a general contractor?
Yes — as a subcontractor on civil work, or as prime on maintenance contracts.
Send us the site. We'll send back a scope and a price.
