Grease Trap Cleaning
Complete pumping and grease removal, plus line cleaning from the kitchen to the trap and from the trap to the city sewer connection. Scheduled routes or per-call service.
What the service covers
Grease traps and interceptors fail slowly and then all at once. Our crews pump the unit dry, remove hardened grease from the walls and baffles, and clean the lines on both sides of the trap so the whole run flows. Every visit is documented so your records stand up to an inspection.

Grease removal

Kitchen-to-trap lines

Documentation

Typical clients
Questions we get
How often should a trap be serviced?
Frequency depends on trap size and kitchen volume. We set an interval after the first service and adjust it based on what we actually pull out.
Do you work outside business hours?
Yes. Kitchens are serviced overnight or before opening when the schedule calls for it.
Do we get documentation for inspectors?
Every visit produces a manifest. Route history is kept on file and can be sent on request.
Can you handle a portfolio of locations?
Yes. Multi-site routes are scheduled and invoiced together.
